Job Description: As the Online Client Support Manager at iHeartMedia in Vancouver, British Columbia, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee all client support activities for our online platforms. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service at all times. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client requests are addressed and resolved effectively. 4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improving client support processes. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the client support experience. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and upsell opportunities. 7. Provide regular reports and updates on client support activities to senior management.
Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in client support or customer service, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role. 2. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client issues. 4. Highly driven and hardworking with a commitment to achieving client satisfaction. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other online support tools. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
