Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Online Client Support Manager to join our team at United Continental Holdings in Vancouver, British Columbia. As the Online Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing online client support services for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a minimum requirement of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries and provide timely and effective support - Handle client escalations and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner - Monitor online client activity and analyze trends to improve overall user experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for client retention and satisfaction - Utilize internal systems and tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records - Conduct regular audits of online client support processes and make recommendations for improvement - Provide training and guidance to junior support staff as needed
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in online client support or a related field - Resourceful and reliable with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working with online support platforms and tools - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
