Job Description:
Burlington Stores is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client support and a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online client support team, ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the client support process and enhance the overall customer experience. - Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on client support initiatives. - Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Handle escalated client issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously improve processes.
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in client support or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Hardworking and confident personality traits. - Creativity and decision-making soft skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with CRM systems and customer service software. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
