Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


GameStop is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 8 years of experience in customer support and client management. The ideal candidate will be resilient, passionate, have strong emotional intelligence, and adaptability.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of online client support for GameStop - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Train and mentor support team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in client support and management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
