Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

Job description: Freddie Mac, a leading mortgage finance company, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position is perfect for an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a client support role.


Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through various communication channels (email, chat, phone) - Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and enhance customer satisfaction - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Participate in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial outcomes


Requirements: - Motivated and independent personality traits - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - 3+ years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
