Job Description - Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Supervalu is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and independent personality, along with adaptability and creativity as essential soft skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless online experience for our clients - Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment to meet customer expectations - Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve online services - Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with clients for future reference - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to better assist clients


Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Confident and independent personality traits - Adaptability and creativity in problem-solving - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Basic knowledge of online platforms and technology - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
