Job Description - Online Client Support Representative


Job Description:


Exxon Mobil is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a hardworking and confident personality.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our online services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns and provide timely resolutions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or online support - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to clients - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Experience using online platforms and tools to provide support to clients - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
