Job Description - Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:


The Online Client Support Representative at Fiserv in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various online channels. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online banking platforms and products. 3. Educate clients on the features and functionalities of Fiserv's online banking solutions. 4. Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to clients. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and energetic individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in various online communication tools and platforms. 6. Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
