Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Support Specialist to join our team at Tenneco in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking candidates who are resourceful and reliable with strong time management and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via online platforms, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and suggest process enhancements. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Must be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA.
