Phillips 66 is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other online channels in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with online order processing and tracking shipments - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
