Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various online channels (email, chat, social media) - Assist customers with account management, technical support, and general inquiries - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
Requirements: - Adaptability and dedication to providing excellent customer service - Strong cooperation and communication skills - Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred - Bilingual in English and French is a plus
