Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly adaptable and reliable Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Quest Diagnostics in Montreal, Quebec. As an entry-level position, no previous experience is required, but at least 1 year of related experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset and strong people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers via online chat, email, and phone calls to provide information and guidance regarding our services - Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills - Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions for customer inquiries - Strong people management skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
