Job Description: The Online Contact Center Associate at BDO Canada will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. The Online Contact Center Associate will interact with customers via email, chat, and social media platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image and reputation.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through email, chat, and social media platforms - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Provide information about products, services, and promotions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Customer service experience is an asset but not required - Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic - Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in using computer software and online platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
