Online Contact Center Associate

We are currently seeking a reliable and confident Online Contact Center Associate to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As an Online Contact Center Associate, your responsibilities will include:

1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner. 3. Resolving customer issues by troubleshooting and problem-solving effectively. 4. Collaborating with team members to share customer feedback and best practices. 5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
