Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Online Contact Center Manager to join our team at AES in Toronto, Ontario. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the online contact center operations - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive efficiency - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management - Lead a team of online customer service representatives and provide coaching and support - Implement and maintain best practices for online customer service communication - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to enhance the online contact center operations


Requirements: - Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven experience in managing online contact center operations - Ability to make data-driven decisions and drive results - Familiarity with customer service software and tools - Experience in working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
