Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Harley-Davidson, a well-known motorcycle company, is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in contact center management.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and response times. 3. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the performance of the contact center team. 4. Train, coach, and mentor contact center agents to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide exceptional service. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback on product and service improvements. 6. Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve contact center operations.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in contact center management. 2. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred). 6. Experience with CRM software and other contact center technologies. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
