Job Description:
DuPont is seeking a highly motivated and confident Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
As the Online Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online customer service operations. This includes managing a team of online customer service representatives, developing and implementing online customer service strategies, and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing training and support as needed - Develop and implement online customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor online customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online channels - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in online customer service
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment - Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and persuasion skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
