Job Description:

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information via online platforms - Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting technical issues - Address customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet performance metrics related to response times and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think creatively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving ability - Customer service experience is preferred
