Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


JetBlue Airways is currently seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, reliable, and possess strong leadership and innovation skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Provide accurate information about JetBlue Airways products, services, and policies - Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
