Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative


Job Description:


Celanese is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Representative in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. We are looking for individuals who are driven, resilient, innovative, and analytical to support our online contact center operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve issues and answer questions 3. Assist customers with online transactions, account management, and technical issues 4. Conduct research and analysis to provide accurate and timely information to customers 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues


Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different communication channels 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically 4. Proficiency in using technology and online tools for customer support 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and targets 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
