Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative

Navistar International is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for someone who is reliable, resilient, and possesses strong communication and innovation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers. 3. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates. 7. Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required. 8. Contribute to the overall success of the contact center by meeting and exceeding performance metrics.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems. 6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
