Job Description:
Alcoa is seeking an Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at project management.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve services - Assist with updating and maintaining knowledge articles and online help resources - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service levels
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Experience in project management or coordinating complex tasks - Proficient in using online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities - Fluency in English and French is preferred
