Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and energetic Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Calpine in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels and platforms. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively via email, chat, and social media channels. - Provide support and assistance to customers in a prompt and professional manner. - Manage online customer interactions with a focus on delivering a positive experience. - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. - Assist with resolving customer issues and escalations as needed. - Utilize online tools and resources to enhance customer service processes.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Experience with online contact center platforms and tools is preferred. - Teamwork and people management skills are essential. - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
