Job Description:
As an Online Contact Center Specialist at Dominion Resources, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service through various online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their inquiries, feedback, or issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Use online chat, email, and other messaging platforms to communicate with customers. 3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's high standards for customer service. 6. Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment. 7. Meet and exceed performance goals for response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Requirements: 1. Associate Level or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Energetic personality with a positive attitude. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 7. Experience with online customer service platforms and tools is preferred. 8. Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
