Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description: Laboratory Corp. of America (LabCorp) is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a strong work ethic.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online chat, email, and phone - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Assist in the development of online customer care strategies and processes - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care


Requirements: - Hardworking and independent, able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently - Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Bilingual in English and French is a plus
