Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Williams in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, have strong strategic planning skills, and be adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, phone, and email - Provide efficient and friendly customer service to resolve customer concerns - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges - Assist with product recommendations and information - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer care processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by management


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
