Job Description:
As an Online Customer Care Assistant at CBS in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This part-time role at Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and returns - Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders - Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customer concerns - Collaborate with other team members to optimize the customer experience - Meet or exceed daily performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful mindset to handle challenging situations - Strong emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and build rapport - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
