Job Description:
Symantec, a global leader in cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, independent, and have strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with Symantec products - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and product recommendations - Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Maintain a thorough understanding of Symantec products and services to provide informative and helpful support to customers - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in customer care operations
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer software and navigating online platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required - High school diploma or equivalent
