Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a reliable and confident Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the finance industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various online platforms, including chat, email, and social media. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Provide information about products and services, as well as assist with account maintenance and troubleshooting. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers through persuasion and effective communication. 5. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry trends. 8. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms. 6. Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and provide exceptional service. 7. Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
