As an Online Customer Care Associate at Simon Fraser University in Toronto, Ontario, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff through various online platforms. This part-time associate level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and individuals who are resourceful, motivated, cooperative, and possess strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email, chat, and phone. 2. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Knowledge of online education platforms is an asset.
