Job Description:
Biogen is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting. The Online Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various online channels, including email, live chat, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies - Assist customers with order processing, shipping tracking, and returns - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on social media platforms - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes and services - Uphold company values and policies while interacting with customers
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - People management skills and the ability to persuade customers to resolve issues - Proficiency in using CRM systems and online communication tools - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs
