Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Online Customer Care Manager to join our team at Citizens Financial Group in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service and management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online customer care team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and streamline online customer care processes - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and innovation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online customer care experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care - Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service and management - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong teamwork and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets - Knowledge of online customer care software and platforms - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
