Job Description - Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Principal Financial is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Assisting customers with account management, including updating personal information and processing transactions. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 5. Monitoring online platforms for feedback and reviews, and addressing any negative feedback promptly. 6. Providing recommendations for process improvements based on customer feedback and inquiries. 7. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. 3. Driven and resilient personality traits. 4. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
