Job Description - Online Customer Care Officer

We are currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Officer to join our team at CH2M Hill in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify trends and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience.


Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient personality traits to effectively troubleshoot and handle customer issues. - Strong leadership skills to guide team members and drive customer service excellence. - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs and concerns. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. - Bilingual in English and French is preferred but not required.
