**Requirements:** 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Proficiency in using online platforms and tools for customer communication. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to empathize with customers and maintain composure in challenging situations. 7. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with potential for weekends and evenings. 8.
