Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Overview: CHS is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong teamwork and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience - Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure consistency in customer service - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience with social media platforms and online communication tools
