Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Customer Care Representative to join our team at Western Digital in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Provide superior customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to assist customers with their inquiries and provide accurate information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the management team for further investigation - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer care processes


Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence to navigate various customer interactions effectively - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and online platforms - Experience in a similar role for at least 4 years
