Job Description: Medtronic is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services 2. Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges 3. Troubleshoot technical issues with online platforms and provide solutions 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner 5. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information 6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs 7. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic by upholding the highest standards of customer service
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Proficiency in using online platforms and customer service software 4. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers 5. Ability to work as part of a team and independently 6. Dedication to providing outstanding customer service 7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
