Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 3. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and research skills. 5. Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
