Online Customer Service Assistant

Discovery Communications is seeking a reliable and hardworking Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

As an Online Customer Service Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assisting with order processing, product information, and shipping inquiries - Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary - Keeping up-to-date with product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making suggestions to enhance the customer experience
