Job Description:

Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Assistant in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time position is ideal for someone at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies - Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions - Processing orders and returns - Maintaining customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Assisting with online marketing campaigns and promotions - Continuously seeking out ways to improve the online customer service experience

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong planning and organizational skills - High emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer interactions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online platforms - Experience in customer service or related field is preferred
