Job Description - Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Mistplay, a leading mobile gaming platform based in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry and possess strong critical thinking and time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to Mistplay users through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist with customer account management, including verifying user information and updating account details - Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to gather feedback from users and improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve service quality


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds - Proficiency with online communication tools and customer service platforms - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Exceptional time management and organizational abilities - Passion for the gaming industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
