Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Citi Canada is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. The successful candidate will be energetic and confident, with excellent attention to detail and research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via online chat and email in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 3. Providing product information and assistance with online purchases. 4. Managing customer accounts and processing orders. 5. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service across all channels. 6. Conducting research to resolve complex customer inquiries. 7. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Energetic and confident personality traits. 3. Strong attention to detail and research skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools. 7. Fluency in French and English is preferred.
