Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat, email, and phone calls - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Process customer orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Assist with tracking and reporting customer service metrics to management

Requirements: - Hardworking and independent individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using online customer service platforms and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
