Job Description:
Universal Health Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Associate. This part-time position is based in our Vancouver, British Columbia location and is at the associate level.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and returns. 4. Identify and escalate any emerging customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Use creativity and problem-solving skills to enhance the customer service experience. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Resilient and hardworking attitude to handle challenging situations. 3. Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Creativity to find innovative solutions to customer problems. 5. Excellent communication and listening skills. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in using online communication tools and systems. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
