Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Customer Service Manager to join Viacom in Vancouver, British Columbia. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our online customer service operations. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service experiences - Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure quality service delivery - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions when necessary - Monitor and maintain online customer service platforms and tools - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Proven track record of 5 years in online customer service management - Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and independent with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a constantly evolving digital landscape
