Sun Life is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service and management roles.
Responsibilities: - Manage online customer service operations, including responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make necessary improvements - Train and mentor customer service representatives to provide exceptional service - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated individual with strong leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Experience with online customer service platforms and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Strong cooperation and innovation skills
