Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Celgene, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer service experience. 3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various online platforms. 4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer service issues and improve processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
