Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Foot Locker in Toronto, Ontario. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with 7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will possess a confident and hardworking attitude, along with excellent problem-solving and creativity skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online customer service operations - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any concerns - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and mentor customer service representatives - Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of managing a team and delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
