Job Description:
Cascades Canada is seeking a dynamic Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a leader in sustainability and eco-friendly products, we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong background in managing online customer interactions.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee all aspects of online customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and procedures. 3. Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements. 4. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a seamless online customer experience. 5. Train and mentor customer service representatives to provide exceptional service. 6. Analyze data to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions. 7. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and feedback. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in online customer service management. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Driven and hardworking with a passion for customer service. 6. Creativity and adaptability to develop innovative solutions to customer service challenges.
